Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY If you cannot make your appointment, please notify me by email, phone, text, or chat no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows and late cancellations will not be refunded. CORPORATE GROUP SESSION POLICY Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing. No shoes or socks needed. Eating is not recommended for 2-3 hours before practice. If you find you need energy before class, small snacks are fine. Please make sure the ringers on your phones are turned off. Kindly have the practice space prepared: If space needs to be cleared, move furniture ahead of the scheduled time Set up mats and other props, as needed Please arrive at or before the designated start time
