Prenatal Yoga (10m) To Relieve Lower Back Tension & Open Hips | Intermediate

In this 10-minute yoga session, I guide you through intermediate yoga postures designed to help you release tension in your lower back and open the hips, preparing you for childbirth. In this video, I am in my third trimester.


What You'll Need

  • Wifi or solid internet connection (if you want to follow along with the video)

  • 5x6 feet of floor space

  • A safe non slip surface (yoga mat, flat carpet, non skid socks on wood floor)

  • 2 yoga blocks



These yoga videos are designed to be done in tight spaces like an apartment in New York City where space for exercise can be hard to come by.
